Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of claudepmpro.com and the Claude PM Pro learning platform (the "Service"), operated by BMP Advisory Inc. ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, registering for a webinar, or purchasing a course tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at brian@claudepmpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The course

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course tier you selected (Core or Professional), including all materials, video lessons, prompt libraries, and future updates published by us within that tier's scope. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of BMP Advisory Inc.; if we ever wind down the Service, we will provide 60 days notice and reasonable download access to your purchased materials.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and how to request a refund.

5. License and acceptable use

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your own professional development. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish course videos, transcripts, prompts, PDFs, or any other materials.
• Use the materials to train competing AI-education products.
• Scrape or systematically download the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls.
• Use the community features to harass, defame, or spam other learners.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for the offending period.

6. Payment and taxes

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
• Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/QST/PST) is calculated automatically based on your billing address.
• If you are outside Canada, you may be responsible for local sales taxes, VAT, or import duties.
• All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their terms.

7. Community conduct

The community board, direct messages, and members directory are for professional collaboration among enrolled learners. We reserve the right to remove content and revoke access for users who post harassment, hate speech, confidential client information, or content that violates any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including videos, text, prompts, frameworks, diagrams, and code samples — is owned by or licensed to BMP Advisory Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. The trademarks "Claude PM Pro" and "BMP Advisory" are our property.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Stripe, Zoom, Resend, and Google. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or acts of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about specific career outcomes, promotions, or income gains. Results depend on your effort, existing experience, and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMP Advisory Inc.'s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMP Advisory Inc. against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing brian@claudepmpro.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund; see the Refund Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You and BMP Advisory Inc. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, for any dispute arising from the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
