Cookie Policy
A short, honest explanation of the small text files we set.
This policy explains how BMP Advisory Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on claudepmpro.com. For the broader picture of how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of text stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember information about you between visits — such as whether you are signed in, or whether you have already dismissed a banner.
2. Categories of cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
These cookies are required for the Service to function. You can't disable them without breaking core features:
cpm_session— your signed-in session token (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax). Expires 30 days after last use.cpm_csrf— cross-site-request-forgery protection for state-changing actions. Session-scoped.
2.2 Functional (opt-in)
cpm_cookie_consent_v1— remembers your cookie-consent choice so we don't nag you on every page. Expires in 12 months.cpm_theme— remembers your light/dark preference (when applicable). Local-only, 12 months.
2.3 Analytics (opt-in, not currently in use)
We are not currently running any analytics tracker. If we add one in the future — Plausible or a similar privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool is our preferred option — we will update this policy and prompt for consent first.
2.4 Marketing / advertising
We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers on our marketing pages. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tags, no LinkedIn Insight tag.
3. Third-party cookies
Cookies may be set by the following third parties when you use specific features:
- Stripe — sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and payment continuity.
- Zoom — sets cookies when you click your unique join link.
- Google — sets cookies if you use "Sign in with Google".
4. Managing your preferences
- Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Change your mind later: click the small cookie icon in the footer (coming soon) or clear our cookies via your browser.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — but strictly-necessary cookies will re-set when you sign back in.
5. Do Not Track
We honor the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal where your browser transmits it — treating it as an opt-out of non-essential cookies.
6. Changes
We update this policy when our cookie usage changes. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
